4. Selecting Your Plan
a) Understanding ReStockly's Three Tiers
ReStockly offers three flexible subscription tiers to match your business needs:
Free Plan ($0/month): Perfect for testing and small stores. Includes up to 50 subscriptions, 5 products max, basic widget customization, and community support.
Starter Plan ($9.99/month): Ideal for growing businesses. Unlimited subscriptions and products, advanced widget features (stock indicator, subscriber count), and email support.
Professional Plan ($24.99/month): Best for established stores. Everything in Starter plus full email customization, advanced analytics dashboard, CSV export, and priority support.
b) Choosing the Right Plan
Start with the Free Plan to test ReStockly with your store. Once you confirm the integration is working correctly and you're receiving subscriptions, upgrade to Starter or Professional based on your needs:
Stay on Free if: You have fewer than 50 subscriptions/5 products and want basic functionality
Choose Starter if: You need unlimited subscriptions/products and want advanced widget features
Choose Professional if: You want to customize email templates, access advanced analytics, and export data
c) Upgrading Your Plan
You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from your dashboard. When upgrading, new features become available immediately. When downgrading, your current plan remains active until the billing cycle ends. There are no long-term contracts.
